我有一個朋友，是很注重外表和保養的一個人，昨天她約我一起出去逛街，我就和她一起去了，見到她發現她的皮膚變好了不少，就問她怎麼弄的，這兩天是不是又一直都在美容院里做水療呢，她說沒有，這次她做了一個音波拉皮，好多人見了她都說她皮膚變好了，想不到這個音波拉皮還是很有效果的，她算了算就以前自己在美容院里經常做的一些美容項目比起音波拉皮的錢可要貴多了，而且做下來好像都沒有這次的效果好，以后她也就不在那些上面浪費錢了。

聽說中醫減重效果很好，我也想讓老公嘗試一下。剛開始他堅決反對，說他一個大男人往減肥中心跑成何體統，要是讓同事們知道了，會笑掉大牙的。我就說他太傳統了，現在好多男的為了健康著想，專門跑到減肥中心減肥。在我的再三勸說下，我同意去做中醫減重療程了。不過有一個小小的要求就是我每天都要陪著他去，我想著為了他的健康，也為了我自己我答應他的要求，順便我也想去看看，有沒有適合我的減肥方法。

老公說要把家里的地板換成木皮板，問我有沒有意見，我就告訴老公，放心去做吧，我沒什麽意見，老公就讓我晚上和他一塊去商場看一下木皮板，我也就答應了，其實我對木皮板一點也不懂，只是陪老公罷了，老公就是做室內設計工作的，什麽都懂一些，老公設計成什麽樣子我都喜歡，和老公在商場里面看了好多木皮板，我覺得都挺不錯的，可老公沒有挑到自己喜歡的那一個，也就沒有買了，老公說他這個週末去別處再看一下。

中午和同事們在一塊吃午飯時候，同事小劉就告訴我她一個小表妹準備去做一個微創植牙，我就問小劉怎麼去做微創植牙啊，小劉就告訴我她這個小表妹前幾天和小朋友一塊去玩的時候把牙齒給摔壞了，去看醫生，醫生說是要做一個微創植牙才行，聽小劉這么說，我才明白是怎麼一回事，我記得以前我上學的時候，有一個同學也是做了一個微創植牙，后來牙齒好多了，而且也很好看，小劉聽我這么說，也就不用太擔心她小表妹做微創植牙的事情了。

我在一家外企貿易公司上班，剛來不久，老闆經常訓斥我，說我的職場英文太差了，說給我一個月的時間，讓我好好跟其他同事學習，要是還不行的話，就開除我。當我聽到這些話的時候，眼淚都快掉出來了。覺得很殘忍，也很自卑。我就想著利用他給我的一個月時間期限，我一定要把職場英文學好。白天在公司我就向同事請教，做筆記，晚上回家我就上網查資料，好好學習。一個月之後，老闆讓我測試，結果我得了九十五分，老闆很滿意，好說沒想到我的職場英文水平提高的這麼快。

閨蜜的婚紗照出來了，她特別激動的給我們看，拍的真的很好，是在一家叫台北婚紗的店拍的。之前還沒有聽過台北婚紗這家店，閨蜜說是一家不是很大的影樓，但是服務真是沒話說，裡面的攝影師和工作人員都非常的盡職盡責，讓她都很感動。她說以後要是拍照的話都會去台北婚紗，他們家不只是拍婚紗照，還有很多風格的寫真什麼的，都很好看，還推薦我們也去拍，價格也不是很貴，真的是很划得來。以後拍照就要找像台北婚紗這樣的地方，其實不一定高檔的影樓就能拍出很好的照片。
