一直以來，我都知道好朋友就是特別的想減肥的，而且我也知道她就真的是試過很多的方法的，但最后都是沒有堅持下去的，不過這次我聽到她說她一定要減重的時候，我也是希望她可以成功的，就不要在那麼一天天的痛苦了，看來這次朋友也還真的是為了這個減重就是做了很多的功課的，因為我看到她就是記很多東西的，這次我真的是很為她開心的，也是希望她真的是能瘦下來，不在那麼辛苦了，不過這次的這個減重真的是成功了，很為她開心的。
